Unfortunately, pre menopause symptoms could occur to most women at any age. However, some women will not recognize them sometimes because they feel that they are still too young to experience the signs and symptoms of early menopause. The sad fact is – there is little if anything that can be done to lessen these symptoms of early menopause which would often show-up in the early thirties, which is too soon than what most women would expect.
One of the first noticeable menopause symptoms is irregular menstrual cycles. This happens when women’s menstrual cycles are either longer or shorter and are much heavier than the usual. Some even have to go through light spotting for one month. So if you are experiencing these symptoms, especially for several months now, then you better see your doctor and discuss the possibility that you might be suffering from pre menopause symptoms and rule out the possibility of a more serious or complicated illness.
Aside from irregular menstruation, other signs of pre menopause are night sweats and hot flashes. Moreover, some women would also have difficulty in sleeping, and the act of lying down could even lead to hot flashes. This happens when you find yourself waking up in the middle of your sleep fully covered with sweat, which makes you so difficult to remain asleep. Mood swings are also another indicator that you are going through pre menopause. It really makes sense though, because when you think about it, lack of sleep, changing hormones and hot flashes could really upset a woman, and thus would have mood swings.
Other symptoms include dry skin and hair loss, and these symptoms will not subside not until actual menopause begins. As soon as a woman is on the menopausal stage, many of these symptoms will just subside. But the bad news is – pre menopause symptoms could last for several years until menopause actually sets in.
